Jim was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He knew the areas that were shown and had information on each area. We lived out of town and he made sure that the time we had in Arizona was not wasted. Jim made the process quick, easy and painless. He does very well with "out of towers" and genuinely has a love for Arizona and wishes to share it with potential buyers. Jim also loves what he does and shows it through his work. He is patient but at the same time makes sure that things get done when they need to. He kept constant contact with us throughout the process and even after. I couldn't have found such a wonderful apartment without Jim's help. Before I met him, I had been searching unsuccessfully for an apartment or home to rent in downtown Phoenix. Most of the properties I found were sketchy or overpriced apartments, and all were in large complexes. I was referred to Jim by my employer, and 30 minutes after we spoke, he sent me a list of 50 rental properties meeting my criteria. Two days later, he was showing me the handful I was interested in. I found one that I liked -- an inexpensive, cute, remodeled apartment in a 4-unit building in the historic district, and he assisted me in all of my dealings with the property manager. Any time I had a question, he would text, call, or email me right back. Even more amazing was that he did all of this for free! Jim was amazing in our home buying process from beginning to end!! It would not have been possible without him. I had just finished cleaning up my credit to get ready to look for a home. Me and my husband are first time home buyers and we wanted someone we could trust would help us find a great home! Jim stepped up right away with excellent recommendations for where to start. We had less than 3 weeks to find a home because we were in a time crunch with USDA financing, and he made it happen! He was by our side every step of the way, answered all of our questions and concerns...and even though we were in a huge rush to purchase, Jim was never pushy on us making a decision..we were so indecisive with some things and he let us be! If we wanted to see a house 8 times before we decided, he would be waiting right there at the home with the keys lol! He was extremely patient with us.His thoroughness and knowledge with homes and the different areas is what eventually got us the house. Start to finish, he left no room for error in negotiating with the seller and getting us what we wanted. From the paperwork to the phone calls, he had everything in order when we needed it.
